Information we receive from other sources. This is information we receive about you from third parties, such as your Adviser.

Where we store your personal data
Information you provide to us is stored on secure servers located in the UK which are provided and managed by external suppliers appointed by us. Request access to your personal data: You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you free of charge. However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is repetitive or excessive or we may refuse to comply with your request.
We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person not entitled to receive it. We may also contact you to ask you for further information to speed up our response.
We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month, but it may take longer than a month if your request is particularly complex. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.
Request correction of your personal data: You have the right ask for any incomplete or inaccurate data we hold about you to be corrected, though we may need to verify the accuracy of the new data provided to us.
Request the deletion of your personal data: you may ask us to delete or remove personal data where there is no good reason for us continuing to process it.
