10 January, 9 am

Speakers:

Speakers:
Tony Hicks, Copia Capital Management
Peter Wasko, Copia Capital Management
Yannis Katsis, Just

Copia Capital Management is proud to be leading the way with innovative approaches to retirement solutions. The importance of specifically-designed retirement portfolios is likely to be a major feature of the FCA’s Thematic Review which is due for publication before the end of 2023.

We recently launched the Copia: Select Retirement Income Plus (RI+) portfolios, which have generated significant interest amongst the adviser community. They feature a guaranteed income product delivered by Just, alongside a managed portfolio, providing the opportunity to outperform and greater certainty of outcome in retirement without increasing the overall investment risk.

This new approach is designed as a purpose-built retirement proposition to support your CRP in addressing the four main decumulation risks: sequencing, longevity, inflation and interest rates. It is also specifically designed to help advisers meet the new Consumer Duty requirements to avoid causing foreseeable harm and deliver value for money.

Copia PFS webinar: “Future proof your CIP”

Learning the lessons from a major new research study among advisers

Watch the recording here.

This presentation shares the findings of a major new research study among advisers. It focuses on how adviser businesses can improve their operational efficiency, become more profitable, manage increasing regulatory pressures and even achieve a better sale valuation. The presentation is based on the findings from a major independent research study commissioned by Copia from the lang cat, which interviewed more than 100 advisers and which was shared for the first time in public at the PFS Regional Conferences.

The presentation shares the views of advisers, and the owners of adviser businesses, on the costs and burdens of building and running a typical adviser CIP, and the attractiveness of the alternative options such as outsourcing the CIP.

The presentation analyses the 5 stage CIP process from design to implementation, monitoring, maintenance and reporting, and shows where the pain points sit in terms of financial cost, time requirements and governance.
